The topic of the bachelor's– Advantages of magnetic resonance angiography over computed tomography angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial artery aneurysms. Aneurysms can be diagnosed by radiological methods magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography with a contrast agent. Most intracranial aneurysms are undiagnosed, as the disease progresses and combines with various comorbidities, the aneurysm can rupture causing extensive subarachnoid exacerbations, complications and even the death of the patient, so timely diagnosis of aneurysms and subsequent targeted treatment are essential. The aim of the work is to find out the advantages of magnetic resonance imaging tof_fl3d_tra_large (MIP SAG) series compared to computed tomography examination with a contrast agent at the intracranial artery aneurysm. Research tasks are to analyze literary sources on the anatomy and physiology of the brain, the etiology and pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysm, to describe the advantages of magnetic resonance and computed tomography method, to create ptotocols of magnetic resonance and computed tomography, and to formulate conclusions. Research instrument: development of protocols for magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography examinations. Research method: qualitative research method. As part of the work, seven protocols were established for MRI and CT+ kv examinations of intracranial artery aneurysm.
