Māsas profesionālās darbības informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas ieviešanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma- “Māsas profesionālās darbības informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas ieviešanā”. Darba aktualitāte- Veselības aprūpes darbinieku trūkums un zemais ārstu un māsu skaits Latvijā, kas nav butiski palielinājies pēdējos desmit gados, liecina par vēl aktuālāku nepieciešamību pēc inovatīviem risinājumiem veselības aprūpē. Šis trūkums ne tikai paildzina gaidīšanas laiku uz plānveida aprūpi, bet arī palielina ģeogrāfisko nevienlīdzību attiecībā uz piekļuvi medicīniskajai palīdzībai. (1) Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas profesionālās darbības informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas ieviešanā. Pētījuma jautājums- Kādas ir māsas profesionālās darbības informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas ieviešanā? Kādas ir priekšrocības māsām strādājot tiešsaistē? Tika izvēlēts kvalitatīvais pētniecības veids, un pētniecības instruments ir intervijas jautājumi. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļā tika veikta literatūras analīze par telemedicīnu un par māsas profesionālās darbības informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas ieviešanās darbības ES un ASV. Pētnieciskajā daļā ir apkopoti pētnieciskā darba rezultāti par aptaujāto māsu viedokli, par māsas profesionālās darbības informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas ieviešanā Latvijā. Pētījumā iegūtie dati norāda, ka māsas uzskata digitālās tehnoloģijas par būtisku un noderīgu līdzekli, lai uzlabotu pacientu aprūpi un efektivitāti darbā. Māsas identificē tehnoloģiju izmantošanas priekšrocības, tostarp ātru informācijas apmaiņu un procesu optimizāciju. Savukārt, tika atzīti dažādi šķēršļi aktīvai digitālo tehnoloģiju ieviešanai – pacientu aprīkojuma un tehnisko prasmju trūkums, kas īpaši izteikts senioru pacientu vidū, pacientu apmācība, normatīvā regulējuma trūkums, un citi. Pētījuma rezultāti uzsvēra, ka māsas vēlas saņemt atbalstu un apmācību, lai efektīvi darbotos digitālajā vidē. The topic of the bachelor thesis is “Nurses' professional activities in the implementation of information and communication technology”. Relevance of the work- The shortage of healthcare workers and the low number of doctors and nurses in Latvia, which has not increased significantly in the last decade, show an even more urgent need for innovative solutions in healthcare. This shortage not only increases waiting times for elective care but also increases geographical inequalities in access to medical care. (1) This paper aims to investigate nurses' professional activities in the implementation of information and communication technology. Research question- What are the professional activities of nurses in implementing information and communication technology? What are the advantages of nurses working online? Qualitative research design was chosen and the research instrument is interview questions. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, a literature analysis on telemedicine and the implementation of information and communication technology for professional nursing practice in the EU and the USA was carried out. In the research part, the results of the research work on the opinion of the interviewed nurses on the implementation of information and communication technology in the professional activities of nurses in Latvia are summarized. The findings indicate that nurses consider digital technology as an essential and useful tool to improve patient care and efficiency at work. Nurses identify the advantages of using technology, including rapid information exchange and process optimisation. However, various barriers to the active adoption of digital technologies were identified, such as lack of patient equipment and technical skills, which is particularly pronounced among elderly patients, patient training, lack of regulatory framework, and others. The results highlighted that nurses would like to have the support and training to work effectively in a digital environment.
