Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Pacientu aprūpe pirms locītavas nomaiņas operācijas. Darba tēma izvēlēta saistībā ar pacientu skaitu pieaugumu uz lielo locītavu nomaiņas operācijām. Pacientam, atrodoties stacionārā, ir liels emocionālais stress, neziņa par procesu norisi, kas savukārt var ietekmēt atveseļošanos un pilnvērtīgu atgriešanos ierastajā dzīvē. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt māsu viedokli par pacientu aprūpes procesu pirms lielās locītavas nomaiņas operācijas. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par pacientu aprūpi, izglītošanu un sadarbību; 2.Analizēt D.Oremas pašaprūpes vajadzības teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu; 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu; 4.Apkopot pētījumā iegūtos datus un veikt analīzi; 5.Veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir pacientu aprūpe pirms lielās locītavas nomaiņas operācijas? Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: slimnīcā strādājošām māsām ir atšķirīgs viedoklis par pacienta aprūpes procesu (pacienta novērtēšanu, izmeklēšanu, nepieciešamo aprūpi un tās korekcijām, kā arī izglītošanu), pirms lielās locītavas nomaiņas operācijas. Savlaicīgi informēts pacients atvieglo māsas darbu pirmsoperācijas periodā. Darba apjoms: 53 lpp., ietver 3 tabulas, izmantoti 44 literatūras avoti, pievienoti 4 pielikumi.

Bachelor thesis topic: Patient care before joint replacement surgery. The topic of the work was chosen in connection with the increase in the number of patients for major joint replacement operations. While in the hospital, the patient has a lot of emotional stress, ignorance about the progress of the process, which in turn can affect recovery and a full return to normal life. The purpose of the work: to study the nurses' opinion about the process of patient care before major joint replacement surgery. Research tasks: 1.Collect and analyze the literature on patient care, education and cooperation; 2.Analyze D. Orem's theory of self-care needs in connection with the subject of the bachelor thesis; 3.Develop a research tool - a questionnaire; 4.Collect the data obtained in the study and perform an analysis; 5. Draw conclusions and develop proposals. Research question: What is patient care before to major joint replacement surgery? Research method: quantitative research method - questionnaire. Research results: hospital nurses have different opinions about the patient care process (patient assessment, examination, necessary care and its corrections, as well as education) before major joint replacement surgeries. A timely informed patient facilitates the nurse's work in the preoperative period. Work volume: 53 pages, includes 3 tables, used 44 literature sources, attached 4 appendices.
