| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbs “Starpdisciplinārā sadarbība veselības aprūpē. Pēdējos gados starpdisciplinārā sadarbība ir kļuvusi par būtisku faktoru veselība aprūpē , uzlabojot sadarbību un informācijas nodošanu starp dažādiem veselības aprūpes speciālistiem, lai uzlabotu un risinātu veselības aprūpes izaicinājumus . Pētījums norisinājās laika periodā no 2024.gada 20.aprīļa līdz 2024.gada 20.maijam. Pētījumā piedalījās 108 respondenti no dažādām ārstniecības iestādēm. Pētījuma mērķis- izpētīt starpdisciplināro sadarbību veselības aprūpē Hipotēze-: aprūpes speciālisti ikdienā saskaras ar tādām sadarbības problēmām , kā laika trūkums , personības īpatnībām , hierarhiju un vēlās uzlabot sadarbību ar citiem speciālistiem Pētniecības instruments- aptauja ar 13 jautājumiem Pētniecības metode- kvantitatīva neeksperimentāla Atslēgasvārdi- starpdisciplinārā sadarbība , veselības aprūpe, efektivitāte , komunikācija. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor thesis about Interdisciplinary collaboration in health care In the last years interdisciplinary collaboration has become a crucial factor in health care, improving collaboration and spread of information between different health care specialists, to improve and resolve health care challanges. Research happened in the time period of 20th April, 2024 till 20th May, 2024. 108 respondents from different health care facilities partook the research. Research goal was to analyze interdisciplinary collaboration in health care. Hypothesis- Health care specialists on a daily bases face problems such as Lack of time, personality traits, hierarchy while trying to develop cooperation with other specialists paitient care, improving collaboration between health care specialists.
