SAP CRM aizstāšana ar SAP C4C un Salesforce

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt un salīdzināt uzņēmumu izvēles opcijas, aizstājot SAP CRM sistēmu. SAP CRM ir ilgstoši bijis līderis CRM tirgū, bet ienākot jaunām sistēmām un tendencēm, SAP CRM ir zaudējis konkurētspēju un 2027. gadā tam beigsies SAP atbalsts. Darbā tiek izvērtētas divas CRM alternatīvas – SAP C4C un Salesforce. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta šo sistēmu arhitektūra un situācija CRM tirgū. Pēc tam ir veikta dziļāka sistēmu salīdzināšana, kas tiek darīta ar izstrādātāju interviju un induviduāli veikta praktiska darba izstrādes palīdzību. Visbeidzot, tiek veikti secinājumi par priekšrocībām un trūkumiem, pārejot no SAP CRM sistēmas uz SAP C4C vai Salesforce.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze and compare options for businesses replacing their SAP CRM system. SAP CRM has been the leader in the CRM market for a long time, but with the arrival of new systems and trends, SAP CRM has lost its competitiveness and will end its SAP support in 2027. The work evaluates two CRM alternatives – SAP C4C and Salesforce. The first chapter of the paper analyzes the architecture of these systems and the situation in the CRM market. After that, a more in-depth comparison of these systems has been carried out, which is done by interviewing the developers and through the development of individual practical work. Finally, conclusions are drawn on the advantages and disadvantages of moving from a SAP CRM system to SAP C4C or Salesforce.
