Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir "Mākslīgais intelekts un tā attīstība grāmatvedībā". Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un ekspertu viedokļiem, analizēt mākslīgā intelekta attīstību un izmantošanu grāmatvedības uzskaites sistēmās, lai pilnveidotu un optimizētu grāmatveža darbu. Darba pirmajā nodaļā pētīti mākslīgā intelekta teorētiskie aspekti - pamatprincipi un darbības principi, pirmssākumi un attīstība līdz mūsdienām, kā arī pielietojums grāmatvedībā un citās nozarēs. Darba otrajā nodaļā sniegts mākslīgā intelekta praktisks pielietojums grāmatvedībā - grāmatvedības procesi, kuros MI tiek izmantots šobrīd, atbilstošo procesu 5 MI rīki, izaicinājumi un to iespējamie risinājumi, mākslīgā intelekta pielietojums 3 grāmatvedības uzskaites sistēmās – "SAP", "Oracle" un "Microsoft Dynamics 365". Maģistra darba trešajā nodaļā analizēti ekspertu viedokļi par mākslīgā intelekta integrēšanu grāmatvedības profesijā un to iespējamo ietekmi uz grāmatvedības nākotni, apkopoti un analizēti aptaujā iegūtie rezultāti par respondentu nostāju par MI integrēšanu grāmatvedībā Latvijā, kā arī, balstoties uz ekspertu viedokļiem, skaidrota MI nozīme un ietekme uz sabiedrību. Darba nobeigumā izdarīti secinājumi par MI izmantošanu grāmatvedībā un sniegti priekšlikumi MI integrēšanai grāmatvedībā. Darba saturs: 89 lapas un 2 pielikumi.

The topic of the master thesis is "Artificial Intelligence and its development in accounting". The aim of the thesis is to analyse the development and use of artificial intelligence in ERP systems to improve and optimise the work of accountants, based on theoretical knowledge and expert opinions. The first chapter of the thesis explores theoretical aspects of artificial intelligence - basic and operating principles, origins and development to the present day, as well as applications in accounting and other industries. The second chapter provides a practical application of artificial intelligence in accounting - accounting processes in which AI is currently used, the tools, challenges, and possible solutions of the corresponding processes 5 AIs, the application of artificial intelligence in 3 accounting systems – "SAP", "Oracle" and "Microsoft Dynamics 365". Chapter three of the paper analyses the opinions of experts regarding integration of artificial intelligence into the accounting profession and the possible impact on the future of accounting, summarizes and analyses the results obtained in the survey regarding the position of respondents regarding integration of AI into accounting in Latvia, as well as explains the significance and impact of AI on society based on the opinions of experts. The work concludes on the use of AIs in accounting and presents proposals for integrating AIs into accounting. Content of the work: 89 pages and 2 appendices.
