Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Finansiālā stāvokļa analīze SIA ”Herbal Invest”. Darba struktūru veido trīs nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām un autora izveidotiem secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pētāma problēma ir pēc Covid-19 pandēmijas un ar to saistītiem ierobežojumiem, ka arī ar politisko situāciju, kura skar ļoti daudz uzņēmumus Latvijā un arī pasaulē, īpaši šī apstākli ietekme kravu pārvadātājus, to starpā transporta krava pārvadātājus. Kopumā uzņēmumi tagad pārdzīvo grūtus laikus un ne visi uzņēmumi spēj izvērtēt savas spējas, problēmas, vājas un stipras puses, ātri reaģēt uz izmaiņām un pielāgoties jauniem apstākļiem, lai sekmīgi turpināt darbību, tāpēc katram uzņēmumam ir svarīgi veikt finansiālo analīze, lai laicīgi analizēt un reaģēt. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uzņēmuma SIA «HERBAL INVEST» finansiālā stāvokļa izpēte un uz tā pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darba uzlabošanai. Darba rezultātā var secināt, ka pētījamais uzņēmums veiksmīgi turpina savu darbību, bet ir svarīgas lietas, kuras, pagaidām, nestipri ietekme uz uzņēmumu, bet ar laiku viņi var apgrūtināt darbību, tāpēc uzņēmumam vajadzētu jau tagad reaģēt, lai izvārīties no sekām nākotnē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 60 lappusēm, 9 attēliem, 24 tabulām, 4 pielikumiem. Darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantoti 35 informācijas avoti. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is "Analysis of the financial position of "Herbal Invest LTD". The structure of the work consists of three chapters with subchapters and conclusions and proposals developed by the author. The problem of the bachelor’s is the post-Covid-19 pandemic and the related restrictions, as well as the political situation, which affects a large number of companies in Latvia and worldwide, especially the freight carriers, among them the transport freight carriers. In general, companies are now going through difficult times and not all companies are able to assess their capabilities, problems, weaknesses and strengths, react quickly to changes and adapt to new circumstances in order to continue successfully, so it is important for each company to carry out a financial analysis in order to analyse and react in a timely manner. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the financial situation of HERBAL INVEST Ltd. and on this basis to develop proposals for improving the company's performance. As a result of the work it can be concluded that the company under study continues its activity successfully, but there are important things which, for the time being, do not have a strong impact on the company, but with time they can make the activity more difficult, so the company should react already now to avoid the consequences in the future. The thesis consists of 60 pages, 9 pictures, 25 tables, 4 attachments. The 35 sources of information were used for the elaboration of the thesis.
