Baltijas akciju tirgus analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Baltijas akciju tirgus analīze”. Darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo akciju tirgus ir finanšu kapitāla tirgus daļa, kam ir nozīmīga loma valsts ekonomikā, tāpēc ir svarīgi izanalizēt tā ietekmējošos faktorus un attīstības iespējas. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt Baltijas valstu akciju tirgus stāvokli un darbību, pamatojoties uz tiesisko regulējumu, attīstības tendencēm un fundamentālās analīzes paņēmieniem, veikt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus Baltijas akciju tirgus pilnveidošanai. Darba apjoms kopā ar pielikumiem ir 84 lpp., kas sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām un 6 pielikumiem. Pētījuma laikā tika secināts, ka Baltijas akciju tirgus salīdzinājumā ar citiem reģionālajiem tirgiem ir mazs, bez izteiktām svārstībām, taču tirgus attīstība un izvirzītie plāni kopumā ir vērtējami pozitīvi, un tas ir piemērots ilgtermiņa investīcijām. Baltijas akciju tirgus attīstību visvairāk ir ietekmējuši tādi globāli ekonomiski faktori kā Covid-19 pandēmija un Krievijas iebrukums Ukrainā. The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Analysis of the Baltic Stock Market". The topic of the work is relevant because the stock market is part of the financial capital market, which plays an important role in the national economy, so it is important to analyze its influencing factors and development opportunities. The aim of the work is to analyze the state and operation of the stock market of the Baltic countries, based on the legal regulation, development trends and fundamental analysis techniques, to draw conclusions and put forward proposals for the improvement of the Baltic stock market. The volume of the work together with the appendices is 84 pages, which consists of 3 chapters, 9 subsections and 6 appendices. During the research, it was concluded that the Baltic stock market is small compared to other regional markets without pronounced fluctuations, but the development of the market and the proposed plans are generally positive, and it is suitable for long-term investments. The development of the Baltic stock market has been most affected by such global economic factors as the Covid-19 pandemic and Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
