Abstract
The thesis is 55 pages long and written in English. It contains 24 figures, 1 table, and 159 references. The aim was to assess how caffeine consumption affects pupillary response through non-invasive methods. The study involved 20 participants. The pupillary response was measured in three different conditions: before caffeine consumption, 30 minutes after, and 40 minutes after in light and dark conditions. The results show that caffeine has a significant effect on pupil diameter, influenced by light conditions and gender. More studies need to be done with a larger sample of subjects to conclude whether there is a significant difference by gender and light condition.
