Abstract
Bakalaura darbs “Mantojuma tiesību modernizācija” ir izstrādāts būtiskāko iemeslu un problēmjautājumu apzināšanai, realizējot mantojuma tiesību regulējuma modernizāciju. Papildus bakalaura darbā tiks apzināti nozīmīgi grozījumi, kas ir veicinājuši un veicinās labu un efektīvu likumdošanas praksi mantojuma tiesību noregulējumā Latvijā. Bakalaura darbs tiek izstrādāts kā izpētes materiāls, ar mērķi analizēt būtiskākos pieturas punktus mantojuma tiesību reformas realizēšanas laikā, analizēt to pilnveidošanas iemeslus, kā arī analizēt esošo mantojuma tiesību regulējuma saturu un apzināt izvirzītos nepieciešamos uzlabojumus.
The bachelor’s thesis “Modernization of inheritance rights” gives insight to identify the main reasons and problematic issues, realizing the modernization of the regulation of inheritance rights. In addition, the bachelor thesis will identify important amendments that have contributed and will contribute good and efficient legislative practice in the regulation of succession rights in Latvia. The bachelor thesis is developed as a research material with the goal to analyse the most important stopping points during the implementation of the reform of the inheritance rights, to analyse reasons for improvement, further more to analyse the content of the existing regulation of inheritance rights and to identify the necessary improvements which has been made.
