Mājas lapa ir paredzēta mākslas un dizaina objektu izrādīšanai plašāki publikai. Šo mājas lapu var aplūkot brīvi jebkurš lietotājs, kam ir piekļuve Internetam. Par informāciju atjaunošanu mājas lapā rūpējas lietotāji - administratori. Administratoriem nav jābūt nekādām īpašām priekšzināšanām IT jomā.
