4-5 gadīgu bērnu sadarbības prasmju sekmēšana rotaļās un spēlēs

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Inita Ozoliņa Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums: 4 - 5 gadīgu bērnu sadarbības prasmju sekmēšana rotaļās un spēlēs. Mērķis: teorētiski analizēt un praktiski pētīt vai un kā rotaļās un spēlēs 4 - 5 gadus veciem bērniem var sekmēt sadarbības prasmes. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izveidota teorētiskā un empīriskā daļa. Teorētiskajā daļā autore analizēja latviešu un ārzemju pedagogu un psihologu darbus, pētīja 4-5 gadīgu bērnu attīstības raksturojumus, sadarbības prasmes nozīmi un to ietekmi uz bērnu attīstību, kā arī izvērtētas spēļu un rotaļu iespējas 4-5 gadīgu bērnu sadarbības prasmju sekmēšanai un veicināšanai. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā tika veikts bērnu novērojums pēc noteiktiem kritērijiem ar mērķi novērtēt viņu sadarbības prasmju attīstības līmenis pētījuma sākumā un pārbaudītas un analizētas bērnu sadarbības prasmes pētījuma beigās. Pedagoģiskajā procesā tika organizētas mērķtiecīgi izvēlētas 8 dažādas rotaļas un spēles, lai pilnveidotu bērnu sadarbības prasmes. Noslēgumā tika veikta bērnu sadarbības prasmju attīstības analīze. Pēc izstrādātā pētījuma rezultātiem var secināt, ka pētījuma mērķis ir sasniegts. Pētījuma beigās bērnu sadarbības prasmju līmenis ir kļuvis augstāks, izmantojot sadarbības prasmju sekmējošas metodes un līdzekļus pedagoģiskajā darbā pirmsskolā. Rezultātā hipotēze tika apstiprināta, un darba autore nonāca pie secinājuma, ka rotaļas un spēles sekmē sadarbības prasmes. Tika atbildēts uz pētījuma jautājumu, ka, ņemot vērā, katra bērna individualitāti, veicinot pedagoga iesaisti un kopīgu sadarbību ar bērniem, mērķtiecīgi izvēloties rotaļas un spēles, var sekmēt bērnu sadarbības prasmes. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms: 49 lapaspuses, kuras ietver 3 tabulas, 16 attēlus, 46 literatūras un informācijas avotus. Atslēgas vārdi: sadarbība, sadarbības prasmes, rotaļas, spēles.

In the empirical part, children were observed according to certain criteria in order to assess the level of development of their cooperation skills at the beginning of the study, and children's cooperation skills were checked and analyzed at the end of the study. In the pedagogical process, 8 purposefully selected different games were organized in order to improve children's cooperation skills. In the end, an analysis of the development of children's cooperation skills was carried out. According to the results of the developed research, it can be concluded that the goal of the research has been achieved. At the end of the study, the level of children's cooperation skills has become higher, using methods and promoting cooperation skills in pedagogical work in preschool. As a result, the hypothesis was confirmed, and the author came to the conclusion that play and games promote cooperation skills. The research question was answered that, taking into account the individuality of each child, promoting the teacher's involvement and joint cooperation with children, purposefully choosing toys and games, children's cooperation skills can be promoted.
