Abstract
In the master's thesis "eTwinning Project Development and Management in General Education Institutions for the Development of Cross-curricular Skills", the author Līga Bajāre addresses and studies the impact of eTwinning project management on the learning process, focusing on the development of cross curricular skills among students. The aim of the research in the master's thesis is to explore the creation and management of eTwinning projects in general education institutions for the development of cross-curricular skills. The research methods include empirical research, scientific literature analysis, and quantitative research involving surveys of eTwinning school coordinators, educators, parents, and students. Statistical processing methods, content analysis, and theoretical analysis are used for data processing and analysis. The results of the research reveal that the use of eTwinning project methods in the learning process promotes the development of cross-curricular skills and it is recommended to include them in the school development plan as an independent learning method. The conclusions indicate that school leaders also play a significant role in project management, as active involvement fosters overall school development and improves students' learning achievements. Keywords: eTwinning, project development, project management, cross-curricular skills, school management.
