Abstract
Diplomdarba mērķis ir izstrādāt jaunu mārketinga projektu klientu piesaistīšana. Ar to
darba autore saprot tādu mārketinga projektu, kas apvienotu klasiska mārketinga praksi ar
interaktīvo mārketinga komunikāciju izmantojot atsevišķus Interneta resursus.
Diplomdarba ietvaros, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziľām par mārketinga vispārējiem
pamatprincipiem, tika izanalizētas uzľēmuma mārketinga aktivitātes un līdz ar to izstrādāts
jauns mārketinga projektu, lai uzlabotu uzľēmuma darbības efektivitāti un ietekmētu kopējā
apgrozījuma rezultātiem. Darba procesā tiek izstrādāts mārketinga komunikācijas plāns,
balstoties uz uzľēmuma galvenajiem mārketinga mērķiem un darbības principiem.
The aim of this diploma work is to develop new marketing project in order to attract as much customers as possible. The main idea of such project is to combine classic marketing practices with new information technologies by using Internet resources that nowadays are used in almost all spheres of business in order to open wise new perspectives. Based on general knowledge of marketing principles, author will make store analyze about all marketing activities for proper development in creation of new marketing project, in order to improve store operational efficiency and influence on total store net sales. During diploma work process, was created marketing communication plan, based on store marketing aims.
