Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Zināšanas kā būtiska organizācijas sastāvdaļa” tiek pētīti zināšanu pārvaldības procesi un to nozīme intelektuālās organizācijās. Ņemot vērā pēdējo gadu laikā aktualizējušos problēmu saistībā ar nelegāli iegūtu līdzekļu legalizāciju (turpmāk-NILL), tika izvēlēta banka “A”, kurā pētīja NILL procesu, darbinieku zināšanu līmeni un zināšanu pārvaldību bankā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai darbinieku zināšanām ir liela nozīme, lai novērstu NILL bankā “A”, lai to sasniegtu, tika pētīta zināšanu pārvaldība, politika un procedūras NILL novēršanā, analizēta bankas “A” datu bāze, tika novērtēts darbinieku zināšanu līmenis un tika pierādīts, ka uzlabojot darbinieku zināšanas un to pārvaldību, tiek būtiski uzlaboti bankas “A” darba rezultāti. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 83. lpp, kurās ir izvietotas 2 tabulas, 8 attēli, kā arī 2 pielikumi. The Master Paper “Knowledge as an important component of organization” researches the processes of management and their importance in intellectual organizations. Taking into consideration the topical problems of the recent years concerning the legalization of illegally gained assets (further in the text- IGA), the bank “A” was chosen, where the process of IGA, the level of knowledge of employees and the management of knowledge in the bank were examined. The aim of the Master Paper was to clarify whether the knowledge of employees has a major importance in order to prevent IGA in the bank. To accomplish the purpose the management of knowledge, the policy and the procedure of preventing IGA were researched in order to prevent IGA, the database of the bank “A” was analyzed, the level of knowledge of the employees was evaluated and it was verified that by improving the knowledge of employees and the management of knowledge, the results of work of the bank “A” were increased significantly. The Paper consists of 83 pages, which contain 2 charts, 8 pictures as well as 2 appendices.
