Abstract

.Darba autors: Inga Iecelniece Pētījuma tēma: Fiziskās aktivitātes bērna veselīgā attīstībā trešajā posmā Pētījuma mērķis: Teorētiski izzināt un pamatot fizisko aktivitāšu izmantošanas iespējas (5 – 7 gadi) veciem bērniem Darba vadītāja: Mag.Paed. Jana Buboviča Darba apjoms: 46 lappuses Pētnieciskais darbs sastāv no 2 daļām: 1.Teorētiskā daļa, kurā atlasīta, izvērtēta un analizēta atbilstoša literatūra un avoti pētnieciskās daļas izstrādei. Izmantotas 20 bibliogrāfiskās vienības, apzināti vairāk kā 20 autoru viedokļi, izmantoti 4 interneta resursi un tie izmantoti pētnieciskā darba tapšanā. Pētītas bērna individuālās un fizioloģiskās īpatnības, kuras raksturīgas bērna izziņas darbībai, kuras ietekmē bērna veselību. 2.Empīriskā daļa, kurā izmantotas anketēšanas un novērošanas metodes, izstrādāti 14 jautājumi, anketēšanas procesā iesaistīti 30 respondenti, atbilžu varianti izvērtēti procentuāli, iegūtie rezultāti apkopoti, veidojot diagrammas. Izveidoti 11 attēli un 2 tabulas. Kvalifikācijas darba izvirzītais mērķis sasniegts, izvirzītie uzdevumu izpildīti, sniegta pozitīva atbilde uz pētnieciskā darba izvirzīto jautājumu, ka fizisko aktivitāšu izmantošana pozitīvi ietekmē bērna izaugsmi un veselību. Bērna fiziskās aktivitātes ir priekšnosacījums labai bērna veselībai un turpmākajai dzīves kvalitātei. Jana Buboviča Extent: 46 pages The research work consists of 2 parts: 1.The theoretical part, in which relevant literature and sources are selected, evaluated, and analyzed for the research part. 20 bibliographic units were used, opinions of more than 20 authors were identified, 4 Internet resources and resources were used in the creation of a research paper. The individual and physiological characteristics of the child were researched, in particular those which are characteristic of the child's cognitive activity and affect the child's health. 2.Empirical part, in which questionnaires and observation methods were used, 14 questions were developed, 30 respondents were involved in the questionnaire process. The answers were evaluated in percentages and the obtained results were summarized by creating diagrams. 11 images were created. The goal of the qualification work has been achieved, the tasks have been fulfilled, a positive answer has been given to the question raised by the research work: the use of physical activities has a positive effect on child's growth and health. Child's physical activities are a prerequisite for child's good health and future quality of life.
