Abstract

“Ķīmisko riska faktoru izvērtējums un preventīvo pasākumu plānošana ražošanas iekārtu metālapstrādes procesos”. Darba autore: S.Vīmere. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: asoc. Prof., Dr.ķīm. Ingars Reinholds. Kvalifikācijas darbs aprakstīts uz 52 lpp., ietver 10 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 44 literatūras avotus, 7 pielikumus. Pētījums sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par ķīmiskajiem riskiem, ar kuriem darbinieki saskaras ražošanas iekārtu metālapstrādes procesos, un to ietekmi uz veselību. Otrajā pētījuma nodaļā aprakstītas izmantotās metodes ķīmisko faktoru noteikšanai un novērtēšanai. Trešajā nodaļā raksturoti pētītie uzņēmumi, apkopoti un analizēti darbinieku anketas rezultāti, veikts vielu / vielu maisījumu ķīmisko risku novērtējums ar dažādām metodēm. Pētījums pierāda, ka darbinieki, veicot ražošanas iekārtu metālapstrādes darbus, ir pakļauti dažādu ķīmisko vielu / vielu maisījumu ietekmei. Šo vielu ietekmi pastiprina tas, ka daļa darbinieku nelieto individuālos aizsardzības līdzekļus. Ceturtajā daļā aprakstīti preventīvie pasākumi ķīmisko risku ietekmes mazināšanai. Izmantotās metodes: Austrijas metode ķīmisko risku novērtēšanai, Latvijas Universitātes metode, Somijas ķīmisko risku novērtēšanas metode, Londonas Imperiālās koledžas metode. The first chapter summarizes and analyzes the literature on the chemical risks faced by workers in the production of equipment in metalworking processes and their effects on health. The second chapter of the study describes the methods used for the determination and evaluation of the chemical factors and dust. The third chapter describes the investigated companies, summarizes and analysis of the results of the employee questionnaire, assessment of the chemical risks of substances / mixtures of substances using various methods. The study proves that employees are exposed to the influence of various chemical substances / substance mixtures during performance of metalworking work on production equipment. The effect of these substances is increased due to the fact that some employees do not use personal protective equipment. The fourth part describes preventive measures used to reduce the impact of chemical risks.
