Maģistra darbs ir veltīts organizētas grupas jēdzienam krimināltiesībās. Organizētās noziedzības problēma pasaulē kļūst arvien aktuālāka, līdzās citām negatīvām parādībām tā apdraud valstu drošību un ekonomisko attīstību. Autore sniedz vēsturisku atskatu uz tiesisko regulējumu un esošo izpratni par vairāku personu piedalīšanos noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanā. Autore aplūko dalības un līdzdalības jēdzienus, un dalības formas, sniedzot vispārēju ieskatu. Pētījuma gaitā autore analizē organizētas grupas pamatpazīmes un papildpazīmes, kuras izsecinātas no tiesu prakses materiāliem. Tiek apskatīti organizētas grupas līdzdalībnieku veidus un kriminālatbildības regulējumu. Maģistra darba noslēgumā autore pievēršas ārvalstu regulējuma analīzei par vairāku personu piedalīšanos noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanā, aplūkojot gan Baltijas valstu tiesisko regulējumu, gan arī plašāku pastāvošo tiesisko regulējumu šajā jomā citās kontinentālās Eiropas tiesību loka valstīs un sociālistisko tiesību loka valstīs. Maģistra darba gaitā autore mēģina noskaidrot, vai organizētu grupu kā kvalificējošu pazīmi vai kā patstāvīgu Krimināllikuma normu Latvijas tiesībsargājošās instances piemēro pareizi. The author's thesis is devoted to the concept of organized criminal groups. In the introduction an attention is paid to the meaning of institution of organized group in the sphere of criminal law, the aim of the work is put forward and topicality of the chosen theme is substantiated. In the first section the concept of organised group is researched from the historical point of view and concluding the historical overview by studying the norms of the current Criminal Law of the Republic of Latvia.
Further in the paper organised group is being researched from the theoretical aspect. The author analyses the concept and characteristic features, such aspects of organized group are examined: essence, features and concept of organized group from the angle of vision of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Latvia, law theoreticians and jurisprudence, accessory of organized group and criminal liability. In the conclusion of the master’s work several deductions of the membership, organized group, the accessory of above mentioned question are made and suggestions that to the mind of the author have to be implemented into legal acts of Republic of Latvia. Master's course of work the author tries to determine whether a organized group as a qualifying feature or as an independent Latvian Criminal Law provisions in the law enforcement is correctly applied. The author uses remarkable range of legal sources like laws, legal literature, statistics, criminal law case, the internet materiāls and other sources.
