4- fāžu rinomanometrijas datu normas vērtību meklēšana pusaudžiem un to saistība ar antropometriskajiem parametriem

Abstract

Mana diplomdarba divi mērķi bija noteikt četru fāzu rinomanometrijas datu normas vērtības pusaudžiem 10 līdz 14 gadu vecumā un rinomanometrisko rādītāju, piemēram, efektīvās rezistences saistību ar deguna antropometriskajiem mērījumiem. Pirmais no darba mērķiem, manuprāt, ir aktuāls, jo par šādu vecuma grupu līdz šim īsti normas vērtības nav zināmas. Normas vērtības, kas ļautu klīniski klasificēt deguna obstrukcijas un vadītspējas pakāpi, ir noteiktas tikai pieaugušajiem. Otrais no darba mērķiem, manuprāt, ir aktuāls ar to, ka tādējādi būtu iespējams noskaidrot, vai deguna antropometriskie izmēri un tādi parametri kā vecums, garums, svars, galvas apkārtmērs var ietekmēt gaisa plūsmu degunā.

The two aims of my diploma work were to determine the normal 4-phase rhinomanometry values in teenagers from 10 to 14 years old and to find out if any of the rhinomanometric parameters, for example the effective resistance, has a correlation with the anthropometric measurements of the nose. The first aim of my work, in my opinion, is actual because the normal values about adolescents in that age until now are not known. Normal values that allow to create tables about clinical classification of obstruction and conductance of the nose are available only about adults. The second aim of my work, in my opinion, is actual because thereby it will be possible to find out if nasal anthropometric parameters and such parameters as age, height, weight, head circumference can influence nasal airflow.
