Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Zemes robežu strīdu izskatīšanas kārtība Latvijas Republikas lauku apvidos”. Darba mērķis ir analizēt un pētīt zemes robežu strīdu izskatīšanas kārtību un tiesiskos aspektus zemes reformas ietvaros Latvijas Republikas lauku apvidos, neapskatot to pilsētu teritorijās. Darbā ir pētīts zemes robežu strīda jēdziens, tā nozīme un saturs, analizēts zemes robežu strīda objekts un zemes robežu strīda rašanās cēloņi, apskatīts normatīvo aktu regulējums, izvērtētas zemes robežu strīdu izskatīšanas kārtības problēmas. Darba rezultāti: zemes robežu strīda izskatīšana ir pakļauta īpašam regulējumam. Zemes robežu strīda objektu iedalīšana identificē zemes robežu strīda rašanās cēloņus. The theme of the bachelor work is „Land boundary disputes settlement procedures in rural areas of the Republic of Latvia during the land reform”. The aim of the bachelor work is to analyse and study the land boundary disputes settlement procedures and legal aspects during the land reform in Latvia rural areas. The paper has studied the concept of land boundary dispute, its significance and content, analysing the land boundary dispute and the subject of land boundary dispute was given, viewed legislative framework, and assessed land boundary dispute settlement policy problems. The results: land boundary dispute is handling to specific regulations. Land boundary dispute object subdivides in different groups and its helps to identified land boundary dispute arises causes.
