| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autors ir atradis atbildes uz teorijā pastāvošajiem problēmjautājumiem, un izdara secinājumu, ka autortiesībās īpašuma objekts nav tikai mantiskās tiesības uz darba augļiem, bet gan pats darbs. Otrajā nodaļā autors ir apskatījis jautājumus, kā tiek nodrošināta autortiesību aizsardzība pirms pārkapuma. Savukārt iespējas, ko darīt gadījumos, kad autortiesību pārkāpums jau noticis, ir apskatītas darba trešajā nodaļā, analizējot tiesu praksi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | A bachelor work consists from three chapters. In the first chapter author has find out the answers in a theory existing issues and author draws conclusion, that in copyrights a property object is not only the economic rights on products of work, but the same work. In the second chapter author has examine an issues, how the protection of copyrights is provided before violation of copyrights. In possibilities, which it can do in the cases when an violation of copyrights is taking place already, are the third chapter examined, analysing judicature. | en_US |
