dc.description.abstract | Darba sastādīšanas laikā autors izpētīja pratināšanas institūta attīstību tagadējās Latvijas Republikas teritorijā un pasaulē un konstatēja, ka pratināšanu var nosaukt par vissenāko izmeklēšanas darbību. Nākamajā nodaļā tika noteikts pratināšanas vispārīgs raksturojums – noteikts pratināšanas definējums – un uzskaitīts pratināšanas veidu iedalījums. Tālāk autors analizēja pratināšanas kriminālprocesuālās īpatnības. Tika plaši apskatīta pratināšanas kārtība, kuras ietvaros tika analizēta aicināšana uz pratināšanu, pratināšanas norise, ilgums vieta un protokolēšana. Rezultātā, tika atrastas neprecizitātes likumdošanā. Nakamajā apakšnodaļa tika aprakstītas īpatnības personas, kurai ir tiesības uz aizstāvību, pratināšanā, liecinieka un cietušā pratināšanā, eksperta un revidenta pratināšanā un nepilngadīgo personu pratināšanā. Doto personu grupu pratināšana tika plaši salīdzināta ar citām valstīm un rezultātā tika konstatētas gan atšķirības, gan sakritības. Darba noslēdzošajā nodaļā tika uzsvertas pratināšanas aktuālas problēmas un piedāvāti to risinājumi. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Working on the present bachelor paper, the author of the paper was studying and analyzing the development of interrogation institute in Republic of Latvia and the world. Having done the research the author established that interrogation could be defined as the oldest investigation method. The paper contains four chapters in which the author gives the review to general characterization, presents the definition and describes a concept and types of interrogation. In the research author of the paper have analyzed the specific features and order of interrogation, which includes the invitation, process, duration, place and records. As the result of the research the author find out some irregularities in the legislation. In the present bachelor paper are described the differences between interrogation of suspect, examination of witness, expert hearing and minor hearing. Such groups of interrogated persons were widely compared with other countries' legislation's - author has found both - differences and coincidences. In the last chapter author described some problems in Latvian legislation in interrogation and advised their solutions. | en_US |
