Soda mērķi

Abstract

Darba nosaukums ir „Soda mērķi”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt soda mērķi krimināltiesiskā aspektā.Darba mērķa sasniegšanai tiek apskatīts soda mērķa un veidu vēsturiskā attīstība, analizēti kriminālsodu veidi, analizējot katru soda veidu atsevišķi, kā arī analizēts soda mērķis krimināltiesiskā aspektā, cik būtisks, tas ir, nosakot soda veidu. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, ievada, kopsavilkuma un izmantotās literatūras un juridisko aktu saraksta. Soda mērķa un veidu vēsturiskā attīstība apskatīta pirmajā nodaļā. Otrajā nodaļā analizēts Latvijā pastāvošais regulējums, soda mērķis krimināltiesiskā aspektā, apskatot, cik svarīgs ir soda mērķis soda noteikšanas brīdī, un vai konkrēta soda piemērošana sasniedz konkrētu mērķi. Trešajā darba nodaļā un apakšnodaļās analizēti kriminālsodu veidi, atsevišķi apskatot katra soda veidu, analīzē izmantota tiesu prakse. The Bachelor’s work’s title is „Purpose of punishment”. The purpose of the Bachelor’s work is to analyze the purpose of punishment in an asppect of criminal law. For the purpose of achieving the Bachelor’s work’s goal the historical development of the purpose and type of punishment is viewed, the types of criminal punishmennt are analyzed by analyzing each individual punishment type, the importance of the goal of punishment in a criminal law aspect is also analyzed. The Bachelor’s work is composed of three chapters, an introduction, a summary, references and a list of acts. The historical development of the purpose and type of punishment is viewed in the first chapter. In the second chapter the existing regulations in Latvia is analyzed, the puropse of punishment in the criminal law aspect, analising the importance of the goal of punishment at the moment of imposing a punishment and if the type of punishment reaches the required goal.
