Abstract
Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta līdzdalības jēdziena izpratne, saturs un būtiskākās nianses, lai to nošķirtu no dalības un piesaistības jēdzieniem, kā arī analizēti līdzdalībnieku veidi, to atšķirības gan Krimināllikuma ietvertajā regulējumā, gan arī ārvalstu normatīvajos aktos. Darbā aplūkota līdzdalības jēdziena vēsturiskā attīstība Latvijas teritorijā laika posmā no 1918. gada.

The paper analyzes the historical development of the concept of participation in Latvian territory in the period in 1918.
