Kriminālprocesa izbeigšana kriminālvajāšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Kriminālprocesa izbeigšana kriminālvajāšanā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un izpētīt pastāvošās problēmas kriminālprocesu izbeigšanas atbilstošo normu piemērošanu kriminālvajāšanā. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai ir izmantota vēsturisko un salīdzinošo metožu, normatīvo aktu un pirmstiesas procesa pabeigšanas veidu, jēdziena, vispārīgo un īpašo pamatu izpēte, statistikas dati. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 50.lpp. un 2. pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti Latvijas Republikas un starptautiskie normatīvie akti, literatūras avoti, un statistikas dati. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām un nobeiguma. Bakalaura darba beigās ir izdarīti secinājumi, kas izriet no izstrādātā darba un izvirzīti priekšlikumi, kas autoram radušies izstrādājot Bakalaura darbu.

The theme of the diploma work is „Criminal Procedure ending in the Prosecution”. The aim of the work is to ascertain and to research the existing problems in dismissal of criminal procedure with applying the corresponding norms in prosecution. For the aim of the work there were used historical and comparative methods, laws and regulations, types of pretrial investigations, research of general and special principles, statistics data. The scope of the diploma is 50 pages and 2 appendix. There were used normative acts of the Republic of Latvia, different literature resources, the Internet resources and statistical data. At the end of the diploma work there are made conclusions that result from the research and there are given some author’s suggestions according to the issue.
