Noziedznieku meklēšana kibervidē

Abstract

Šajā darbā autors izpēta tēmu par noziedznieku meklēšanu, vairāk skarot noziedznieku meklēšanu kibervidē jeb kibertelpā, meklēšanās specifiku, nianses un sarežģītību. Autors konkrēti un lokani skaidro, kāpēc noziedznieku meklēšana kibervidē ir iespējama un vajadzīga, papildus skaidrojot to ar praktiskiem piemēriem, un kādu informāciju ir jāmeklē, lai atrastu meklēto personu. Īsumā ir pastāstīts par noteikto informāciju, proti, IP adrešu, MAC adrešu un segvārda nozīmīgumu un to iespējamo atrāšanās vietu. Papildus autors iekļauj savā darbā kriminālmeklēšanas rašanas un attīstības vēstures pārskatu. Šis darbs būs interesants studentiem, pasniedzējiem, policijas darbiniekiem un visiem, kuriem tēma par noziedznieku meklēšanu un par cilvēku meklēšanu interneta pasaulē vispār, ir interesanta.

In this work, the author tells about the theme of searching for criminals, telling more about searching criminals in cyber space, the specifics of tracing, the nuances and complexity of the investigation. The author particularly and clearly explains why the searching for criminals in cyber space is possible and is necessary, additionally describing it with practical examples, and explains what information must find to find the searched person. Briefly talked about the importance of certain information and its possible location, that it, IP addresses, MAC addresses and nick names. Additionally author has included in work appearance and historical summary of criminal investigation. This work will be interesting to students, teachers, and police workers and to all others who is interested in topic of tracing the criminals and tracing of people in cyberspace.
