Abstract
Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Kontrabandas izmeklēšanas īpatnības”. Mūsu laikos kontrabanda ir viena no aktuālākajām problēmām mūsu valstī, jo pasaules un valsts ekonomikas krīzes laikā kontrabandas pieaugums palielinājies vairakkārt.
Darbs sastāv no ieskata kontrabandas krimināltiesiskajā raksturojuma, kontrabandas veicinošiem faktoriem, sākotnējām un neatliekamām izmeklēšanas darbībām, un neatliekamas procesuālas darbības - aizturēšanas.
Tika pētīts, kādas ir kontrabandas izmeklēšanas īpatnības un kā jārīkojas izmeklējot lietas saistībā ar kontrabandu.
The title of the work is ‘Smuggling investigation features’. Nowadays smuggling is one of the most important issues in the Republic of Latvia, because of the huge increasing of smuggling cases due to the crises in Latvia and over world. The work consists of the insight into smuggling characterization from the point of view of criminal law, smuggling coefficient, first and immediate investigative operations, and immediate investigative operation – detention. The smuggling investigation features and essential activities for qualitative investigation were studied in the current work.
