Klases audzinātāja darbs pedagoģiskās korekcijas klases skolēnu audzināšanā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Klases audzinātāja darbs pedagoģiskās korekcijas klases skolēnu audzināšanā”. Diplomdarba mērķis: pētīt klases audzinātāja darbu specifiku, ģimenes sadarbības iespējas pedagoģiskās korekcijas klasē, šādu klašu nepieciešamība. Diplomdarba uzdevumi: izzināt teorētiskās nostādnes par bērna audzināšanu pedagoģiskās korekcijas klasē, izpētīt teorētiskās nostādnes par klases audzinātājas un ģimenes sadarbības iespējām, izveidot un aprobēt audzināšanas darbības programmu. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 11 apakšnodaļām: pirmā nodaļa – teorētiskās nostādnes par bērnu audzināšanu pedagoģiskās korekcijas klasēs; otrā nodaļa – klases audzinātāja un ģimenes sadarbība; trešā nodaļa – pedagoģiskās korekcijas klases skolēnu, audzinātāja un vecāku darba izpēte un analīze; Tika izzinātas teorētiskās nostādnes par pedagoģiskās korekcijas būtību, klases audzināšanu, skolēnu personības izpēti, adaptāciju, klases audzinātāja dokumentāciju, plānošanu, pedagoģiskās sadarbības būtību, mērķi, uzdevumus, klases audzinātāja un ģimenes sadarbības saturu, formas, sadarbības kavējošie faktori. Klases audzinātāja, skolēnu, vecāku sadarbībā tika izpētītas visefektīvākās sadarbības formas, ģimenes problēmas, faktori, kas traucē klases audzinātāja funkciju veikšanu, skolēnu personības izpēte, riska līmenis, skolēnu dzīve ārpusskolas, izveidota audzināšanas programma, skolēnu pašnovērtējums, skolēnu mācības pēc trīs gadiem. Darbs sastāv no 48 lappusēm, darbā izmantoti 44 avoti – zinātniskā literatūra, publikācijas.

The topic of this thesis is “The Work of a Class Teacher in Educating Pupils in a Pedagogic Correction Class”. The aim of this thesis is to research the specifics of the work of a class teacher, the possibilities of cooperation with families within the correction class, the need for such classes. The objective of this thesis is: to inquire about theoretical approaches to education of a child in a pedagogic correction class, to explore the theoretical approaches to cooperation between the teacher and the parents, to develop and approbate an educational programme of work. This thesis consists of 3 chapters and 11 sections: The first section – theoretical approaches to educating a child in pedagogic correction classes; The second section – cooperation between the teacher and the parents; The third section – examination and analysis of the performance by pupils, the teacher and the parents. This thesis has investigated the theoretical approaches to the essence of pedagogical correction, education of the class, examination of pupil’s personalities, adaptation, documentation carried out by the class teacher, planning, nature of pedagogical cooperation, aims and challenges, substance and forms of cooperation between the class teacher and the parents, factors which hamper that cooperation. This thesis has investigated the most effective forms of collaboration in cooperation between the class teacher, pupils and the parents, as well as family problems, factors which impede performance of functions of the class teacher, pupils personalities, level of risk, pupils life outside school, established an educational programme, and investigated pupils’ self-appraisal, their progress in three years time. This thesis consists of 48 pages; it refers to 44 sources – scientific literature, publications.
