Netfilter ugunsmūra konfigurēšana izmantojot iptables.

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā tiek apskatīta bezmaksas Netfilter ugunsmūra konfigurēšanas iespējas ar iptables palīdzību .Darbā tiek apskatīti Netfiler darbības principi, noteikumu un virkņu veidošana. Darba gaitā noskaidrotas Netfilter konfigurācijas īpašības un iespējas, kuras būs nepieciešamas jebkuram Linux OS administratoram, jo šo ugunsmūri ir salīdzinoši viegli sakonfigurēt, protams, lai sakonfigurēt to, ir vajadzīgas TCP/IP principu zināšanas, kā arī rūpīga manuāla lasīšana. Izmantojot iegūtās zināšanas no daudziem informācijas avotiem, (Internets, grāmatas, citu cilvēku pieredze u.t.t.), tiek realizēta neliela mājas datora ugunsmūra konfigurācija, kura palīdzēs jums aizsargāt datoru no iespējam uzbrukumiem.

The diploma paper reviews the configuration process of freeware firewall Netfilter, using iptables. The main working principles of Netfilter firewall have been reviewed during the research, such as creation of rules and chains. During the research, the author discovered configuration properties and possibilities of Netfilter, which may be useful to any Linux system administrator, since the firewall is easy to configure. In order to configure the firewall one must be not only acquainted with the working principles of TCP/IP, but also study the manual carefully. Using the knowledge gained from different information sources (internet, books, advices of other people, etc,.) the author of diploma paper managed to configure the firewall for a small home computer network that may help protect a computer from possible internet attacks.
