Projekta vadīšana sākotnējā muzikālajā izglītībā.

Abstract

Maģistra darbs “Projekta vadīšana sākotnējā muzikālajā izglītība” tika izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt projekta vadīšanas metodes pielietošanas iespējas sākotnējā muzikālajā izglītībā mūsdienu situācijas kontekstā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām un nobeiguma. Pirmajā daļā tika pētītas sākotnējās muzikālās izglītības tendences un perspektīvas sabiedrības pašreizējā attīstības stadijā. Otrajā daļā tika veikta projekta vadīšanas teorijas aspektu analīze un nepieciešamo zināšanu apkopošana konkrētā projekta izstrādāšanai un realizēšanai. Trešajā daļā tika sniegts projekta “Starptautiskais seminārs “Elementārā muzicēšana. K. Orfa muzikālās audzināšanas sistēmas pielietojamība mūzikas apguves procesā”” apraksts, kā arī aplūkoti tā rezultāti. Autores izstrādātā projekta galvenais mērķis bija izveidot un realizēt profesionālās kvalifikācijas celšanas programmu mūzikas skolotājiem, ka arī: •sekmēt pedagogu radošās darbības, savstarpējās saskarsmes un mācību darba aktivizāciju; •iepazīstināt ar novitātēm, jaunākajām pieejām un citu valstu pieredzi muzikālajā izglītībā; •iepazīstināt pedagogus ar K.Orfa muzikālās audzināšanas sistēmas praktiskās pielietojamības iespējām sākotnējā muzikālajā izglītībā; •sekmēt pedagogu inovatīvās darbības pieredzes izkopšanu. Realizētā projekta rezultātu izvērtēšana, kas balstījās uz semināra dalībnieku viedokļu apkopojumu un analīzi, ļāva secināt, ka projekta izvirzītie mērķi tika sasniegti. Pētījuma hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies: projekta vadīšanas metodes pielietošana ļauj risināt aktuālās problēmas sākotnējās muzikālās izglītības jomā un koriģēt dažādas situācijas.

The present master paper was developed in order to investigate the opportunity of the project leading methods' application in primary music education in the context of current situation. The present research paper consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The first chapter investigates the initial tendences of music education and the perspectives according to the common level of society development. The second chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the project leading theory aspects and the essential knowledge overview for the design and realization of the particular project. The third chapter describes and gives the results of "The International Seminar "Elementary Music Making. The Application of the K. Orff’s Musical Bringing up System in the Process of Music Acquisition."" The goal of the present research paper was to create and realize the program of escalating professional qualification of music teachers, and: •To enhance the creative performance of teachers, interaction and activation of educational work; •To introduce the novelties, the new approaches and the experience of other countries in music education; •To introduce teachers to the opportunity of the practical application of the K. Orff's musical bringing up system in primary music education; •To enhance the elaboration of teachers' innovative work experience. Summarization of the results of the project conducted, that was based on the overview and analysis of the seminar participants' opinions, led to the conclusion that the goals stated have been achieved. The hypothesis of the present research paper: the application of the project leading methods allows solving current problems in primary music education sphere and rectifying various situations, has been proved.
