Skolotāju izpratne un kompetence darbā ar fiziskajā vardarbībā cietušajiem bērniem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats – Skolotāju izpratne un kompetence darbā ar fiziskajā vardarbībā cietušiem bērniem. Mērķis - teorētiski izpētīt fizisko vardarbību pret bērnu, skolotāju kompetenci un empīriski pārbaudīt skolotāju izpratni un kompetenci par fizisko vardarbību pret bērnu. Bakalaura darba struktūra – ievads, 4 nodaļas, nobeigums, 136 literatūras avoti, 1 tabula, 30 attēli, 2 pielikumi. 1. nodaļā tiek analizēta literatūra, kurā izmantotas N.Čoimska (Chomsky, 1965), Dž.Erpenbeka un F.Haizes (Erpenbeck & Heeyse, 1999) un citu zinātnieku teorētiskās atziņas par kompetences jēdziena izpratni pedagoģijā. Vēl tiek runāts par skolotāja kompetences sastāvdaļām un skolotāja misiju. 2. nodaļā tiek analizēta literatūra, kurā izmantotas Z. Freida, A. Banduras un citu zinātnieku teorētiskās atziņas par agresijas un vardarbības jēdzienu, to izpratni, raksturojumu un galvenajām konceptuālajām pieejām. 3. nodaļā - pētījums par skolotāju izpratni un kompetenci fiziskās vardarbības pazīmēs un atbalsta sniegšanā. Nodaļā tiek analizēti un apkopoti anketēšanas materiāli par skolotāju izpratni un kompetenci fiziskās vardarbības jomā. 4. nodaļā tiek sniegti ieteikumi un rekomendācijas skolotājiem darbā un saskarsmē ar vardarbībā cietušiem bērniem. Priekšlikums – pedagogu studiju programmās izveidot studiju kursu vardarbība pret bērnu ģimenē, kur attiecīgi tiktu izrunāti jautājumi par vardarbības veidiem, par pazīmēm bērna izskatā, uzvedībā, par riska faktoriem, sekām un to ietekmi uz bērna kā personības attīstību. Bakalaura darba autore uzskata, ka tad būtu sperts liels solis pretī uz šīs aktuālās problēmas risināšanu.

Theme of bachelor work– Teachers insight and competence in work with children’s whose victims of physical violence are. The aim of the bachelor work – to research physical violence against children. Test empiric teacher’s insight and competence about children’s physical violence. The structure of the bachelor work– prelude, 4 chapters, conclusion, 136 literature sources, 1 table, 30 pictures, 4 additions. 1. Chapter - is analysed literature, where are used Chomsky N., 1965, Erpenbeck J. & Heyse F., 1999 and other scientists’ theoretical verities about competence meaning in pedagogy and about details of teachers competence and mission. 2. Chapter - is analysed literature, where are used Freid Z., Bandura A. and other scientist’s theoretical verities about notion aggression and violence meaning, those insight and disposition. 3. Chapter – research about teacher’s insight and competence in mark and to offer a handhold of physical violence. In the chapter are analysed and sum results of questionnaire about teacher’s insight and competence in physical violence. 4. Chapter are advices and a recommendation to teachers about working with children’s whose victims of violence are. Proposition – in pedagogue studies programmes create a course about violence in family, where would talk about questions about ways of violence, marks in children’s look, behaviour, risk factors, after effects and about effect on children’s development. The author of bachelor work thinks that than we would make a step a little bit closer in solution of this problem.
