Video izmantošana runas prasmju attīstīšanai angļu valodas stundās 5.- 7.klasēs.

Abstract

Mūsdienu sabiedrībā arvien pieaug interese par video, televīziju, datortehniku, kas ietekmē ikvienu kā pozitīvi, tā arī negatīvi, kā arī piedāvā plašas iespējas skolēnu izglītošanai un pilnveidošanai. Mūsu sabiedrībā skolēni lielākās savas dzīves zināšanas un pieredzi iegūst no tehniskajiem līdzekļiem (video, televīzijas, datortehnikas). Diplomdarba „Video izmantošana runas prasmju attīstīšanai angļu valodas stundās 5.-7. klasēs” mērķis ir noskaidrot un izpētīt, kāda ir video loma 5.-7. klases skolēnu runas prasmju attīstīšanā, un kādas metodes labāk pielietot izmantojot video svešvalodas stundās. Diplomdarbu veido ievads, teorētiskā un praktiskā pētījuma daļa, nobeigums, izmantotās literatūras un informācijas avotu saraksts ar 23 vienībām un 11 pielikumi. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aplūkots dažādu autoru, kā arī pašas diplomdarba autores domas par video un tā izmantošanu svešvalodas stundās, tā ietekmi uz uztveri, kā arī metodes un paņēmieni runas prasmju attīstīšanā. Praktiskajā daļā ir aprakstītas izmantotās metodes un pārbaudīta to ietekme uz skolēnu zināšanām. Pētījumā gūtie rezultāti liecina, ka dažādu metožu pielietošana labvēlīgi iespaido skolēnu runas prasmju attīstīšanā.

The interest of modern society is increasing for video, television and computers that influences everyone positively and negatively as well as offers a wide range of opportunities for pupils’ education and further development. Nowadays the pupils get their knowledge and experience from hardware (video, TV, computers). The aim of the Diploma Paper “The Usage of Video for Development of Speaking Skills in English Classes of Grades 5 – 7” is to clarify and to explore the role of video in the development of speaking skills of pupils in Grades 5 – 7, and which methods are better to be used in foreign language classes. The Diploma Paper consists of an introduction, theoretical part and practical research part, conclusion, literature and information resources with 23 items and eleven appendices. In the theoretical part the ideas of different authors and views of the author of the Diploma Paper are viewed about the use of video in the foreign language classes, its influence on perception, as well as methods and techniques for development of speaking skills. In the practical part are described the used methods and proved their influence on pupils’ knowledge. The gained research results show that the use of different methods has a positive effect on the development of students’ speaking skills.
