Skolotāja profesionālā kompetence mūsdienu sabiedrības izpratnē

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt dažādu paaudžu skolotāju izpratni par skolotāja profesionālo kompetenci. Pētījumā iegūtie dati pēc informācijas apstrādes un analīzes sniedz ieskatu, kādas profesionālās kompetences raksturo mūsdienu pedagogu Latvijā. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes ir teorētiskās literatūras analīze, dažādu paaudžu skolotāju aptauja un aptaujas rezultātu ranžēšana pēc satura un biežuma. Centrālā doma ir skolotāju kompetence izglītībā un mācību procesā, kā arī profesionāli kompetenta pedagoga portrets sabiedrības izpratnē. Aktualitāte- sabiedrībā pastāvošā pastiprinātā interese par skolotāju profesijas pārstāvju darbu. Secinājums- visas skolotāja darbā nepieciešamās kompetences jāattīsta un jāizkopj kopsakarībā (pedagogu un audzēkņu kopējā sadarbībā ), lai veiksmīgi vadītu mācību procesu un rastu jaunas iespējas attīstīties. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 62 lappusēm, kuras ietver 2 tabulas, 1 shēmu, 1 līkni, 7 diagrammas un 3 pielikumus.

The aim of investigation is to investigate the teachers` of different generations understanding of teacher`s professional competence. The data obtained in investigation after the processing the information and analysis gives the insight into the professional competences that describe the contemporary teachers in Latvia. The methods used in investigation are the analysis of theory in literature, questionnaire of teachers of different generations and arranging the results of the questionnaire considering the content and frequency. The main idea is the teacher`s competence in education and in the process of learning as well as the portrait of professionally competent teacher in the perception of society. Topicality- intensified interest subsisting in society about the work of representatives of teachers` profession. Conclusion- all the necessary competences in the work of teacher have to be developed and cultivated in interconnection- ( cooperation between teachers and learners) to manage the process of learning successfully and to discover new possibilities to develop. The Bachelor`s Paper consists of 62 pages that include 2 tables, 1 chart, 1 curve, 7 diagrams and 3 appendixes.
