Subjektīvās labklājības līmenis un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju izvēle saistībā ar ienākumiem.

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vai stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām un subjektīvās labklājības līmenim pastāv saistība ar cilvēka ienākumiem. Pētījumā tika iesaistīti respondenti vecumā no 25 - 35 gadiem, pētījumā piedalījās 100 respondenti , no kuriem 50 bija sievietes un 50 vīrieši. Izmatotās pētījuma metodes bija - Stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģisko pieeju skala ( Strategic Approach to Coping Scala – SACS), pozitīvo un negatīvo afektu skala ( Positive and Negative Affect Scale PANN: Watson Clark & Tellegen, 1998) un „Apmierinātība ar dzīvi” ( Statisfaction With Life Scale; Pavot & Diener, 1993).
Rezultāti parādīja, ka nepastāv saistība starp stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju izvēli un ienākumiem, pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka nepastāv dzimumatšķirības stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju izvēlē savukārt subjektīvās labklājības līmenī ar ienākumiem parādījās saistība vīriešiem vienā no apakšskalām „Apmierinātība ar dzīvi.” Sievietēm neparādās subjektīvās labklājības līmeņa saistība ar ienākumiem.

The participants’ age, taking part in the research, was between 25-35. The total amount of the respondents was 100, from which 50 were women and 50 men. The methods used to find out the relation were: Strategic Approach to Coping Scala – SACS, Positive and Negative Affect Scale ( PANN: Watson Clark & Tellegen, 19980) and Satisfaction With Life Scale ( Pavot & Diener, 1993).
The results showed, no connection between a persons income and the ways, the person coping, there is also no gender difference in choosing the ways how to cope with stress, but the results in one of the Satisfaction With Life Scale, subscales showed a relation between the well-being level and the ways to cope with stress by men, no such difference was found by women.
