Bērnu sadarbības pieredzes attīstība pirmsskolas iestādē

Abstract

Vienas no mūžīgām vērtībām katrā demokrātiskā sabiedrībā ir humānās pedagoģijas atziņas par katra indivīda spēju un sadarbības prasmju attīstīšanu. Sadarbības prasmes ir viens no svarīgākajām prasmēm dažāda vecumu cilvēkiem. Visi cilvēka darbošanās veidi notiek saskarsmes un sadarbības kontekstā. Lielā mērā tās nosaka cilvēka iespēju veiksmīgi un laimīgi dzīvot. Tādēļ šo prasmju attīstīšanai un veidošanai jāpievērš uzmanība jau ģimenē un vēlāk arī pirmskolas iestādē. Darbā ir analizēta pedagoģiskā literatūra par sadarbību un bērnu sadarbības prasmju attīstību, kā arī teorētiski izpētīti sadarbības prasmju attīstību veidojošie faktori. Bakalaura darbā, pielietojot dokumentu analīzi, anketēšanu, pedagoģisko novērošanu, ir praktiski izpētītas sadarbības prasmes un to veidojošie apstākļi pirmskolas izglītības iestādē „Ābelīte” sagatavošanās skolai grupā. Balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un praktisko pētījumu rezultātiem, ir izstrādāta darbības programma sadarbības prasmju veicināšanai un attīstīšanai. Šī programma praktiski ir pārbaudīta pedagoģiskajā izmēģinājuma darbībā, iesaistot vecākus un bērnudārza personālu. Tādā veidā īstenojot vienotu pieeju bērnu sadarbības prasmju attīstīšanai.

In every democratic society, one of the eternal values is humane pedagogy cognition about the development of each person’s capabilities and cooperation skills. Cooperation skills are one of the most important abilities in different aging stages. All human behaviours are happening in the context of communication and cooperation. In large they determine the human possibility to live successfully and happy. Thus, people have to pay attention to build and develop these skills already in the family and later in the preschool education. In this work, development of cooperation skills in children has analyzed via pedagogical literature; as well as the factors that determine the development of cooperation skills are being discussed form the theoretical point of view. In the bachelor work, cooperation skills is studied in practice by using the analysis of documents, questionnaires, and pedagogical observations, cooperation skills and the obstacles building it, in the preschool educational institution “Ābelīte”. Basing on the results of theoretical verity and practical observations, programme of work has developed to build and develop the communication skills. This programme has tested in practice in the work of practical pedagogy, by involving kindergarten’s parents and personnel, thus implementing united approach in the development of cooperation skills.
