Abstract
Diplomdarbā „Sociālpedagoģiskā darbība audžuģimeņu pedagoģisko kompetenču
pilnveidē„ atspoguļotas sociālpedagoģiskās darbības audžuģimeņu atbalstam, lai nodrošinātu
bez vecāku aprūpes palikušo bērnu socializācijas procesu.
Diplomdarba teorētiskajā daļā tika pētīts audžuģimeņu tiesiskais status un kustības
attīstība Latvijā, kā arī audžuģimenēm nepieciešamās kompetences.
Diplomdarbā ir apkopots pētījums par ģimenēm, kuras ir iesaistījušās audžuģimeņu
kustībā un problēmām ar kurām audžuģimenes saskaras. Tika izstrādāts sociālpedagoģiskais
plāns trīs audžuģimeņu problēmu risināšanai, veikta tā aprobācija un iegūto rezultātu analīze.
Pētījums apliecināja, ka audžuvecāki ir spējīgi nodrošināt audžubērniem piemērotus
dzīves apstākļus labvēlīgā ģimeniskā vidē. Grūtāk risināmās problēmas ir saistītas ar
pašvaldības un izglītības iestādēm.

The diploma paper “Social Pedagogic Activity in Development of Pedagogic Competences of Foster Families” reflects social pedagogic activities for support of foster families in order to ensure the socialisation process of children left without parents’ care. In the theoretical part of the diploma paper foster families’ legal status and development of the movement are examined, as well as the competences necessary for the foster families. In the diploma paper a research about families which have taken part in the foster families’ movement was carried out, and problems that foster families come into contact with were investigated. A social pedagogic plan for solving three foster families’ problems was developed, its approbation was carried out and the obtained results were analysed. The research attested that foster parents are able to provide their children suitable living conditions in a good family atmosphere. Problems which are more difficult to solve are connected with local authority and education institutions.
