Tēmas „Veselīgs uzturs” apguves iespējas un nepieciešamība sākumskolā

Abstract

Darba problemātika ir mūsdienās ļoti svarīga tēma - Veselīgs uzturs. Darba mērķis ir zināšanu un prasmju par veselīgu uzturu, to apguves nepieciešamības un iespēju noskaidrošana, kā arī atbilstošu risinājumu piedāvāšana tēmas apgūšanas veicināšanai ar atbilstoša mācību satura izstrādes palīdzību. Darba 1.nodaļā atspoguļota veselīga uztura nepieciešamība un būtība, 2.nodaļā apskatīts attiecīgais mācību saturs, bet 3.nodaļa satur pētījuma praktiskās daļas atspoguļojumu, pētījumu rezultātus un to analīzi, kā arī piedāvātos problēmu risinājuma variantus. Tie izstrādāti mācību satura veidā un tiek piedāvāti ekspertu vērtējumam. Darbs satur arī Secinājumus, kuros īsumā rezumētas galvenās darba gaitā rastās atziņas.

The object of this graduate Thesis is nowadays a very important issue – Healthy food. The aim is to analyse pupils` knowledge and skills about the issue, its necessity and learning possibilities and to propose appropriate solutions through adequate educational content. In the 1st chapter of this Thesis the nature and necessity of a healthy food is demonstrated, 2nd chapter deals with respective educational content, 3rd chapter covers practical part of the study, its results and their analysis as well as proposed solutions for appropriate educational content. These are developed as an educational content and are offered for experts` evaluation. Thesis contains also Conclusions shortly summarizing main findings of the study.
