Pieaugušo novērtējums par vecāku pieņemšanu-noraidījumu bērnībā saistībā ar dzimumu, sociāliem un ekonomiskiem faktoriem

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot vai pastāv saistība starp pieaugušo novērtējumu par vecāku pieņemšanu-noraidījumu bērnībā, saistībā ar sociāliem un ekonomiskiem faktoriem, kā arī noskaidrot vai pastāv dzimumatšķirības un dzīves vides atšķirības ar sniegto novērtējumu. Pētījumā piedalījās 160 pieaugušie (80 sievietes, 80 vīrieši) vecumā no 18-30 gadiem (M=22,19 ). Pētījumā tika izmantota „Pieaugušo novērtējuma aptauja par vecāku pieņemšanu-noraidījumu bērnībā” (Parental Acceptance Rejection Questionnaire (PARQ) adult version, Rohner, 2004.gads). Aptauja tika adaptēta šī autora kursa darba ietvaros. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka ģimenes finansiālais stāvoklis bērnībā un tēva izglītības līmenis statistiski nozīmīgi pozitīvi korelē ar tēva emocionālo siltumu un gādību, negatīvi korelē ar tēva vienaldzību un nolaidību un tēva kopējiem noraidīšanas rezultātiem. Ģimenes finansiālais stāvoklis bērnībā statistiski nozīmīgi negatīvi korelē ar mātes vienaldzības un nolaidības skalu.

The main objective of the study was to determine if there is an association between adult assessment of parental acceptance-rejection in childhood, with social and economic factors. A second objective was to find out whether there are gender-specific and location differences among adults who conceived rejection from their parents during their childhood. The study included 160 adults (80 women, 80 men) aged 18-30 years (M = 22.19). Study participants completed the "Parental rejection Acceptance Questionnaire (PARQ)" ( adult version, Rohner, in 2004), which consists of two forms (mother and father), where attitude and behavior of parents during childhood is marked. The research results show that the family's financial situation during childhood and fathers education level statistically significantly positively correlate with fathers emotional warmth and care, negatively correlate with the fathers indifference and neglective behavior, and the collective results of fathers rejection.
