Studentu izglītības kvalitātes vadība sociālās psiholoģijas studiju procesā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir veltīts studentu izglītības kvalitātes vadības sistēmas izpētei, lai varētu izstrādāt un ieviest studiju kursa „Sociālā psiholoģija” studiju procesā. Studentu izglītības kvalitātes vadības sistēma studiju kursā „Sociālā psiholoģija” tika balstīta uz šādām pamat atziņām: kvalitātes vadības pamatprincips – Deminga aplis ; darbs pēc principa „projekts aiz projekta” ; lai notiktu izrāviens, katrā projektā tiek sekmīgi realizēta inovācija . Studentu sociālās psiholoģijas izglītības kvalitāte izveidotās kvalitātes vadības sistēmas pārbaude tika pētīta divos aspektos - izglītības procesa stāvoklis un rezultivitāte sabiedrības prasību atbilstības kontekstā un izglītības pakalpojuma pasūtītāja prasību kontekstā. Pētījumā tika apstiprināta izvirzītā hipotēze par to, ka nodrošinot studiju kursa kvalitāti paaugstinās studentu izglītības kvalitāte, jo apmierinātība ar studiju procesu atsevišķās pozīcijās atšķiras grupās ar dažādu didaktisko pieeju studiju procesam un studiju procesa analīze izmantojot dažādus didaktiskos modeļus, atklāj trūkumus studiju procesā un parāda iespējas to novēršanai. Tāpat arī pastāv mijsakarība starp pašnovērtējuma ziņojuma kvalitāti un studiju rezultātiem, savukārt pašnovērtējuma ziņojums balstās uz vienotiem kritērijiem.

Master’s work is devoted to the investigation of the students’ education quality control system, its development and introduction to the “social psychology” course. Students’ education quality control system of the “social psychology” course takes into consideration the following principles: Deming’s circles, the work according to the “project after project” principle with the successful use of innovations in each of them. The investigation of the students’ Education quality control system in the “social psychology” course was conducted in 2 directions – the education process state and its outcome through the prism of the society demands and Education customers’ needs. The investigation confirmed the hypothesis of the close interrelationship between the quality of teaching definite subject and the Education system quality, the increase of the first one causing the increase of the second one, because the students’ satisfaction with the studies process is different in the groups with various didactic approach to the process of acquiring knowledge and the analysis of the teaching process with different didactic models use discovers the disadvantages of the teaching process and the ways of their elimination. The interconnection between the self-assessing statements and education results has been proved in the given master’s work.
