Paradigmu maiņa skolu darbības kvalitātes vērtēšanā.

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ”Paradigmu maiņa skolu darbības kvalitātes vērtēšanā” ir pētīts skolu darbības kvalitātes vērtēšanas process. Izvirzīts pētījuma mērķis: ejot humānas izglītības attīstības ceļu, īstenojot paradigmu maiņu skolu darbības kvalitātes vērtēšanā no formālas kontroles uz attīstības veicināšanu, analizējot savas skolas darbības pamatjomu stiprās puses un uzlabojumu iespējas, iegūt pamatojumu pamatskolas – efektīvas skolas – modeļa izstrādei. Darbā aprakstītas un analizētas teorētiskās atziņas par izglītības paradigmu maiņu un pārkārtošanās procesa būtību. Veikts pētījums par skolu darbības kvalitātes vērtēšanu - padomju pedagoģijas laikā, atjaunotās valstiskās neatkarības laikā Latvijā 90 gadu sākumā. Iepazītas un analizētas Eiropas Parlamenta rekomendācijas sadarbībai skolu izglītības kvalitātes vērtēšanā. Darba praktiski pētnieciskajā daļā analizēti šobrīd spēkā esošie skolas pašizvērtēšanas un ārējās vērtēšanas procesi un to būtība. Darbā izmantotas sekojošas pētniecības metodes: teorētiskās literatūras analīze, normatīvo dokumentu analīze, ārvalstu pieredzes apkopošana, anketēšana, aptaujas, intervijas. Darba struktūru veido titullapa, anotācija latviešu un angļu valodā, ievads, piecas nodaļas, nobeigums, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts, pielikumi un apliecinājums. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts, lai sniegtu zināšanas pētāmajā jautājumā un sniegtu rekomendācijas praktiskai skolas darba uzlabošanai.

The evaluation process of the quality of school work has been studied in the master paper “The change of paradigms in the evaluation of the quality of school work”. The target of the study was the following: to get a justification for working out the model for basic school –effective school by implementing human education and carrying out the change of paradigms in the evaluation of the quality of school work from formal control to the promotion of its development and by analyzing the strong points of the justification of the school work, as well as the improvement possibilities of its work. The paper describes and analyzes theoretical findings concerning the change of educational paradigms and nature of rearrangement process. The study on the evaluation of the quality of school work was carried out, describing the pedagogy during the Soviet time and at the beginning of 1990s when Latvia regained its independence. The recommendations given by European Parliament on the cooperation in evaluating the quality of school work have been studied and analyzed. Practical part of the study analyzes self-evaluation and external evaluation processes in force as well as their nature. The following research methods have been used in the paper: analysis of theoretical literature, analysis of laws and regulations, generalizing of the foreign experience, questioning, polling and interviewing. The structure of the paper is the following: title page, annotations in Latvian and English, introduction, five chapters, conclusion, source of the literature used, appendixes and certification. Master paper has been worked out with the aim to give knowledge in the problem being studied and give recommendations on how to improve the practical school work.
