Sociālā pedagoga sociālās korekcijas darbība Cēsu audzināšanas iestādē nepilngadīgajiem

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Sociālā pedagoga sociālās korekcijas darbība Cēsu audzināšanas iestādē nepilngadīgajiem”, darba autore Inga Pētersone. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt un analizēt sociālā pedagoga sociālās korekcijas darbību Cēsu audzināšanas iestādē nepilngadīgajiem. Darba autore veica teorijas analīzi par nepilngadīgo noziedzības ietekmējošiem faktoriem un sociālās korekcijas būtību; savas sociālpedagoģiskās darbības laikā veica daudzpusīgu sociālās korekcijas darbību ieslodzījuma iestādē nepilngadīgajiem, vadot motivācijas programmas nodarbības sociālo prasmju un adekvāta pašvērtējuma attīstīšanai sešiem jauniešiem ar zemu socializācijas līmeni; vadot preventīvas nodarbības notiesātajiem jauniešiem no 5.- 12. klasēm; sadarbībā ar institūcijas darbiniekiem organizējot Lieldienu pasākumu, skarot reliģiskus un cilvēka dzīves vērtības jautājumus; kā arī vadot individuālās pārrunas ar notiesātajiem jauniešiem, viņu uzklausot, atbalstot un uzmundrinot., akcentējot viņa personību kā vērtību. Darba autore uzskata, ka sistemātiska un regulāra sociālā pedagoga sociālās korekcijas darbība nepilngadīgo ieslodzījuma iestādē sekmē jauniešu humāno vērtību un morāles principu attīstīšanu, ļauj notiesātajiem jauniešiem pārvērtēt un nožēlot savu noziedzīgo rīcību un spēj novērst nepilngadīgo noziedzības recidīvu. Diplomdarba pielikumi sastāv no anketas paraugiem notiesātajiem jauniešiem, intervijas jautājumiem institūcijas darbiniekiem, EQUIP programmas apraksta, ieslodzīto tiesību un pienākumu izklāsta un motivācijas programmas nodarbību uzdevumu paraugiem. The theme of the Bachelor’s diploma paper is “The socially corrective activities performed by social pedagogue in Cēsis Educational Institution for Underage”. The author of the paper: Inga Pētersone. The target of this paper is to carry out and analyse activities performed by social pedagogue for social correction in Cēsis Educational Institution for Underage. The author made the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the criminality of underage and substance of social correction. During her social- pedagogical work she carried out wide range of activities for social correction in imprisonment institution for underage. The author conducted motivation programme classes for the development of social skills and adequate self-estimation for six kids with low level of socialization. She also conducted preventive classes for convicted kids of 5th to 12th grades. In co-operation with the staff of the institution she organized Easter events concerning religious matters and matters on the value of human’s life, as well as conducted individual discussions with convicted kids listening to them, supporting, encouraging and cheering up them and emphasizing their identity as a value. The author believes that systematic and regular corrective measures taken by social pedagogue in the imprisonment institution for underage promote the development of the kid’s human values and principles of morality, allow the convicted kids to revalue and regret their criminal doings and manage to avoid the recidivism of the underage criminals. The appendices to this paper contain examples of questionnaires for convicted kids, interview questions for the staff of institution, description of EQUIP programme, presentment of the rights and obligations of convicted, as well as examples of tasks for motivation programme classes.
