The aim of this study is to understand how commitment and citizenship behaviour are related in voluntary work; and how they both are related to intention to leave (withdrawal cognitions). Eighty six volunteers participated in the study. To estimate the level of commitment and citizenship behaviour, there had been used Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale (OCBS). The results from correlation analysis showed that there are statistically significant relations between organizational citizenship behaviour and organizational commitment; and they both are negatively correlated with withdrawal cognitions.
