Skolas un bērnunama darbības vadība socializācijas risku mazināšanā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Skolas un bērnunama sadarbības vadība socializācijas risku mazināšanā”. Šī darba mērķis: izpētīt un analizēt teorijā un praksē skolas un bērnu nama sadarbības vadību socializācijas risku mazināšanā bērnu nama audzēkņiem. Maģistra darbs sastāv no divām daļām: •teorētiskā daļa; •praktiskā daļa. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek izzināta un apkopota pedagoģiskā, psiholoģiskā, sociālā un metodiskā literatūra par skolas un bērnunama sadarbības vadību socializācijas risku mazināšanā. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autore analizē, izmantojot teorētiskās literatūras avotus, par socializācijas procesu un tā riskiem. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta skolas un bērnu nama sadarbības vadība. Praktiskajā daļā tiek apkopoti anketēšanas rezultāti – Lejasstrazdu pamatskolas skolotāju, Atbalsta centra „Lejasstrazdi” audzinātāju un bērnunama audzēkņu atbildes. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek piedāvāta Pamatizglītības programma bērnunama audzēkņiem socializācijas risku mazināšanā. Pielikumos dots praktisko pētījumu materiāls: anketas. Maģistra darba autore nonāk pie šādam pamatatziņām, ka riska grupas ir visas tās grupas, kas pēc savas labklājības vai veselības stāvokļa un dzīves veida atrodas kritiskā situācijā un var būt bīstamas pašas sev vai citiem sabiedrības locekļiem. Master’s works theme is “The management of the co-operation between school and children’s home in reducing the socializing risks”. This work idea is explore and analyze for theory and practice the management of the co-operation between school and children’s home in reducing the socializing risks. Master’s works is dividing in to two parts: •Theory part; •Practice part. There are cognition and convocation of pedagogic, psychology, sociology and methodical literatures about the management of the co-operation between school and children’s home in reducing the socializing risks in the theory part. There is writer’s analyze about process of socialization and its risks in the theory part first chapter. She uses theory literatures authority. There is described the management of the co-operation between school and children’s home in the second chapter of theory part. There are summarized particulars results – retaliatory for teachers of Lejasstrazdu primary school, preceptors of children’s home “Lajasstrazdi” and wards of children’s home in the practice part. There is offer programme of basic education for wards of children’s home in reducing the socializing risks in the fourth chapter of master’s works. There are practice observation materials: questionnaires in the supplement. Master’s works writer accentuate basic issue, that group at risk is all the group, which by its well-being or state of health and mode of life to be placed critic situation and maybe dangerous for himself or other social members.
