Atkārtotu noziedzīgu nodarījumu izdarījušu, ieslodzījumā esošu sieviešu psihopātijas līmenis

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp ieslodzījumā esošu sieviešu psihopātijas izteiktības pakāpi un viņu pastrādāto noziedzīgo nodarījumu daudzumu. Pētījumā tika iesaistītas 32 sievietes, kuras izcieš tiesas piespriesto sodu, brīvības atņemšanu, Iļģuciema sieviešu cietumā. Vidējais respondentu vecums sasniedz 33,2 gadus, vidējais sodāmību skaits izlasē ir 4,6 sodāmības. Sievietes, kas iekļautas pētījuma izlasē, ir sodītas par dažādu noziedzīgo nodarījumu izdarīšanu. Pētījumā ir izmantota R. Heira ''Psihopātijas aptauja'' (Psychopathy Checklist-Revised).
Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka pastāv nozīmīga saistība starp Psihopātijas aptaujas 2. faktora rādītājiem un sodāmību skaitu. Tas ir starp sociālo devianci, kas ietver dzīvesveida un antisocialitātes skalu rādītājus un to, cik daudz reizes respondente ir saņēmusi tiesas piespriestu sodu. Nozīmīgu saistību veido arī Psihopātijas aptaujas 4. skalas un sodāmību skaita rādītāji. Tas ir antisocialitātes rādītāji, kas ietver vāju uzvedības kontroli, agrīnas uzvedības problēmas, pusaudža delinkventu uzvedību, nosacītās atbrīvošanas pārkāpšanu un kriminālo daudzveidību un to cik reizes respondente ir saņēmusi tiesas piespriestu sodu. Pētījuma rezultātos iegūtās sakarības ir tiešas, tas ir, pieaugot punktu skaitam Psihopātijas aptaujas rādītājos, pieaug sodāmību skaits.

In the study were involved 32 women who are serving in Iļģuciems women prison the liberty deprivation sentence imposed to them by the Court. Average age of the respondents is up to 33.2 years, average number of convictions in the representation is 4.7 convictions. Women who are included into the study representation are sentenced for commission of different criminal offences. During the study was applied Psychopathy Checklist-Revised of R. Hare.
The results of study shown that exist significant correlation between Psychopathy Checklist-Revised 2nd factor indicators and the number of convictions. It is between social deviance that encounters indicators of lifestyle and antisocial behaviour scale, and the number of sentences imposed to the respondent by the Court. Also indicators of 4th scale and number of convictions feature the significant correlation. These are indicators of antisocial behaviour that encompass weak control over the behaviour, early behavioural problems, juvenile delinquency, violations of conditional release, criminal versatility and the number of sentences imposed to the respondent by the Court. All correlations obtained in the result of study are direct, namely, along with increase of points in the indicators of Psychopathy Checklist the number of convictions is growing accordingly.
