Baibas Klindžānes – Klinšānes bakalaura darba „Jauniešu (16-21) motivācija aktīvai iesaistei deju nodarbībās” mērķis ir izzināt faktorus, kuri motivē jauniešus (vecumposmā no 16 līdz 21 gadam) apmeklēt deju nodarbības.
The purpose of Baiba Klindznae – Klinsane the bachelor’s work is to explore factors which motivate young adults (at the age from 16 till 21) to attend dancing classes.
In the bachelor’s work is following problem examined: how to motivate young adults (at the age from 16 till 21) to attend dancing classes.
The author’s hypothesis of the proposed research is: young adults (at the age from 16 till 21) who dance, and young adults (at the age from 16 till 21) who don’t dance, can be equally motivated to attend dancing classes by the factors which create motivation.
The author concludes that the dominative factors which motivate young adults (at the age from 16 till 21) to dance are: opportunity to explore particular cultural features; opportunity to meaningfully spend your free time; opportunity to improve their physical development; opportunity to satisfy young people's social and spiritual interests; opportunity to belong to a particular group; the teacher’s character compatibility with the respondent's character.
To achieve in the beginning of the work proposed purpose and identify dominative factors which motivate young adults (at the age from 16 till 21) to dance, as also to acknowledge in the beginning of the work proposed hypothesis, the author used methods of theoretic research (compilation of literature, analysis and synthesis), as also methods of practical research (questionnaire, handling of the results in Exel format (XLS), evaluation of the results).
