Trauksmes un sportisko sasniegumu savstarpējā sakarība basketbolistiem

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai trauksme ietekmē sportiskos sasniegumus un vai basketbolistiem pastāv sakarība starp trauksmi kā stāvokli, un trauksmi kā iezīmi. Veicot pētījumus, noskaidrojot iemeslus, kas ietekmē sportiskos sasniegumus, paver iespējas to izmantot bērnu sportā, kas ir svarīgi, lai radītu bērniem drošu un veselīgu vidi, kas palīdzētu ne tikai pozitīvi ietekmēt viņu psiholoģisko attīstību, bet arī fizisko attīstību.

The study was aimed to clarify whether anxiety affects sport achievement and is there correlation between state anxiety and trait anxiety for basketball players. Through studies clarifying the reasons that affect sport achievement make opportunities to use for the children sport, that is important for children to create safe and healthy environment that will help not only positively affect their psychological development, but also physical development.
