Pedagoga darbība skolēnu adaptācijas veicināšanā pirmo klašu tautas deju kolektīvā

Abstract

Pasliktinoties ekonomiskajai situācijai valstī, sociālpsiholoģiskā spriedze iedarbojas uz bērniem, palielinot viņos dezadaptīvās iezīmes. Šāda bērna neiekļaušanās kolektīvā traucē veiksmīgai saskarsmei, nereti izraisa konfliktsituācijas. Nespēja pielāgoties tautas deju kolektīva ritmam, bērnā rada negatīvas emocijas un nevēlēšanos nākošajā reizē apmeklēt deju nodarbības. Šāds stāvoklis raksturo paaugstinātu organisma gatavību iespējamām slimībām, kuras veidojas dažādu nelabvēlīgu faktoru ietekmē, tādēļ šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pedagoga darbības lomu skolēnu adaptācijas veicināšanā pirmo klašu tautas deju kolektīvā. Pedagoģiskajā audzināšanas procesā nereti neveidojas divpusīgums, proti, pedagoga un bērna sadarbība, kur bērns ir ne tikai iedarbības objekts, bet arī subjekts. Ne visiem pedagogiem ir zināmas bērna izjūtas, pārdzīvojumi, kas saistās ar sevis un apkārtējās pasaules, tai skaitā arī pedagoga un vecāku uztveri. Bērnam uzsākot skolas gaitas ne vienmēr ir iemaņas kā izturēties jaunajā sabiedrībā. Bērns apjūk, nezin kā viņam šo sabiedrību pieņemt un pastāvēt pašam, nezin kā viņam pareizi rīkoties dotajā situācijā, kā izpildīt doto uzdevumu, viņa skatījumā – spēkiem nepiemēroto, neizpildāmo prasību. Vai nu nereaģēt vispār, vai reaģēt ar pirmo prātā ienākošo līdzekli. Šī situācija vēl papildus saasinās, ja pieaugušo reakcija vienā un tai pat gadījumā ir nepastāvīga, te rājas, te nepievērš uzmanību. Bērnā rodas noturīgs, iekšējs konflikts. Tas noved pie noturīga psiholoģiska diskomforta un kā rezultātā rodas adaptācijas traucējumi. The economic situation in the country deteriorating, the socially psychological tension affects the children, causing adaptation problems. The situation does not facilitate successful collective interaction, often leading to conflicts. Inhability to adapt to the folk dance rhythm, causes negative emotions to a child and unwillingness to attend dance classes next time. This situation characterizes the elevated body’s readiness to possible diseases caused by unfavourable factors, that ir why the aim of the bachelor thesis is to investigate the role of an educator in promoting adaption in class one folk dance group. Pedagogical educational process often does not turn out to be two-sided the teacher and the child’s cooperation, where the child is not only the object of expose, but also a personality. Not all the teachers are aware of the child’s feelings and experiences related to the perception of himself, and the world around us, including the teacher and the parents. A child entering school does not always have the skills to behave in the new society. The child becomes confused, not knowing how to accept the society and be himself, he does not know how to handle the given situation correctly, how to fulfil the given task from his point of view – inapproproate to his abilities and imposible demands. And the question is whether to respond at all, or to respond instantly the way that comes into his wind. This situation grows even worse when the reaction of adults in the same case is different, there are scolds, but there are also situation when they do not pay attention. It results in a stable internal conflict in a child. This leads to a lasting psychological distress resulting in adjustment disorders.
