Basketbolistu pašefektivitātes un kolektīvās efektivitātes saistība.

Abstract

Augstas mijiedarbības sporta veidos, tādos kā basketbols, uztvertā kolektīvā efektivitāte ir viens no galvenajiem psiholoģiskajiem raksturlielumiem, kas nosaka komandas spēju uz augstiem sasniegumiem. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kuri no mainīgajiem - pašefektivitāte, spēlētāju sezonas lietderības koeficients, komandas piederība vai zaudējums/uzvara iepriekšējā spēlē labāk prognozē uztverto kolektīvo efektivitāti? Pētījumā piedalījās 37 basketbolisti no četriem Latvijas basketbola klubiem. Spēlētāji aizpildīja autores konstruētās pašefektivitātes un uztvertās kolektīvās efektivitātes anketas. Abas metodes izstrādātas, balstoties uz Banduras vadlīnijām pašefektivitātes un uztvertās kolektīvās efektivitātes anketu konstruēšanai (Bandura, 2006). Šī pētījuma ietvaros tikai pašefektivitāte prognozēja uztverto kolektīvo efektivitāti.

One of the key psychological characteristics of successful teams competing in team sports, such as basketball, is a high level of perceived collective efficacy. The aim of this study is to assess which of the following variables may be used to predict perceived collective efficacy: self-efficacy, a player utility coefficient, or record of team’s previous games win/loss. There were 37 participants (n=37) in the study – all 37 were basketball players from four clubs in Latvia. All participants completed two surveys specifically designed for this study. One survey examined self-efficacy, the other - perceived collective efficacy. Both surveys were designed using Bandura’s guidelines for creating such surveys (Bandura, 2006). The study conculded that, of the four aforementioned variables, only self-efficacy predicted perceived collective efficacy.
