Uztverto ētiskās infrastruktūras elementu saistība ar morālo apzināšanos organizācijās

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot uztverto ētiskās infrastruktūras elementu – formālās ētiskās infrastruktūras, neformālās ētiskās infrastruktūras un ētisko klimatu saistību ar morālo apzināšanos organizācijās. Pētījumā piedalījās 90 cilvēki (21,11% vīrieši un 78,89% sievietes), vidējais vecums 34,02 gadi (SD-9,24). Pētījuma ietvaros tika adaptētas trīs metodes – Ētiskā klimata aptauja (Victor & Cullen, 1987), aptauja Formālā ētiskā infrastruktūra (Rottig et al., 2011), kā arī divi scenāriji (Rottig et al., 2011) un PIE skala morālās apzināšanās mērījumiem (Robin, Reidenbach, & Forrest, 1996). Darba ietvaros tika izveidota aptauja Neformālā ētiskā infrastruktūra. Netika atklāta statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp morālo apzināšanos un ētiskās infrastruktūras trīs elementiem. Tika apstiprināta visu trīs ētiskās infrastruktūras elementu savstarpēja saistība. The aim of the study was to find relations between the elements of the percieved ethical infrastructure (formal ethical infrastructure, informal ethical infrastructure and ethical climats) and moral awareness in organizations. 90 participants took part in the study (21.11% males and 78.89% females), mean age 34.02 (SD-9.24). Three instruments were adopted – a questionnaire Ethical Work Climates (Victor & Cullen, 1987), a questionnaire Formal Ethical Infrastructure (Rottig et al., 2011), and two scenarios (Rottig et al., 2011) with the scale of Perceived Importance of Ethical Issue (PIE) (Robin, Reidenbach, & Forrest, 1996) to measure the construct Moral Awareness. A new questionnaire was constructed – Informal Ethical Infrastructure. No statistically significant relation was found between the moral awareness and the elements of the ethical infrastructure. A statistically significant relation among all three elements of the ethical infrastructure was found.
