Abstract

Darba temats: Ētika pedagoga profesionālajā darbībā Autore: Eva Kivleniece Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Dr.psych., asoc. prof. Lūcija Rutka Maģistra darba mērķis: izpētīt pedagogu izpratni par profesionālās ētikas būtību, funkcijām un profesionālā ētikas kodeksa nepieciešamību. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir pedagogu izpratne par profesionālās ētikas būtību un vienota ētikas kodeksa nepieciešamību profesionālajā darbībā? Maģistra darba teorētiskā daļa sastāv no 1 nodaļas un 13 apakšnodaļām. Maģistra darba teorētiskājā daļā tiek apskatīta zinātniskā literatūra par pedagogu ētiku kā izglītības mērķu sasniegšanas veicinātāju, tiek analizēti pedagoģisko darbību reglamentējošie dokumenti, tiek dots pedagoģiskā procesa zinātniskais pamatojums, raksturoti 21. Gadsimta izglītības uzdevumi. Tiek izpētīts attīstības psiholoģiskais raksturojums brieduma periodā, noskaidrota pedagoga personības nozīme pedagoģiskajā procesā. Tiek izpētīta Latviešu un ārzemju zinātniskā literatūra un dokumenti par ētiku pedagoģiskajā procesā. Maģistra darba pētījuma daļa sastāv no vienas nodaļas un 3 apakšnodaļām. Pētījuma otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta pētījuma bāze un izmantotās pētījuma metodes, tiek analizēti un interpretēti iegūtie dati no pedagogu aptaujām un daļēji strukturētajām padziļinātajām intervijām Pētījumā iegūtie dati parāda, ka lielākā daļa pedagogi apzinās ētikas nozīmību un izprot vienota pedagogu ētikas kodeksa nepieciešamību Latvijā. Maģistra sastāv no ievada, 2 nodaļām, 16 apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma un secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, 12 pielikumiem. The title of Master’s thesis: Teacher professional Ethics Author: Eva Kivleniece Leader of research work: Dr.psych., asoc. prof. Lūcija Rutka Research goal: Research, teacher understanding about the essence and functions of professional ethics and the necessity for code of ethics. Research question: How teachers understand the essence of ethics and the necessity for code of ethics in teaching? Master’s thesis theoretical part components are 1 chapter and 13 subdivisions. In the theoretical part first chapter the author reviews scientific literature about teacher ethics as means to promote aim of education, there is analyzed regulating documentation of teaching, there is found scientific justification of teaching, described 21. century tasks in education. There is researched psychological characterization of maturity period, researched teacher personality. There is analyzed Latvian and abroad scientific literature and documentation about ethics in teaching. Master’s thesis research part components are one chapter and 3 subdivisions. In thesis second chapter the author analyzes and interprets the data from teacher questionnaire and interviews. Data of research shows, that most of interviewed and questioned teachers understand the importance and necessity of ethics and code of ethics in teaching. Master’s thesis components from introduction, 2 chapters, 16 subdivisions, conclusion, used literature and source list, 12 supplements.
